Explore 44Explore 44 is a campaign to help new students at Syracuse University transition to college life and get connected on campus during their first 44 days at SU. Explore 44 will highlight a different event, activity, or tradition during the first 44 days of class to help them engage with the Syracuse University campus and the city of Syracuse. Student Employment

The Office of Human Resources Student Employment Services (HRSES) provides students the opportunity for personal growth, experience and training through on- and off-campus employment and related community service.

Our staff assists students with finding Federal Work-Study (FWS) and non-Federal Work-Study (non-FWS) positions and provides individual resume review and training for both students and employers.

Financial Wellness

The Office of Financial Literacy offers free, one-on-one financial coaching with highly trained peer financial coaches. You and your coach will discuss your current financial situation, your goals, and the best strategy for follow up. Other topics include budgeting, saving, credit cards and scores, student loan types and repayment options, and investing basics. This is your chance to start developing the skills you need to succeed with money – now, and long after college.
